AL LILAC SECOND PHASE PROJECT LAUNCH
Majid Al Futtain Properties and Sharjah Asset Management Holding has launch the Phase II Al Lilac neighborhood at Al Zahia. The neighborhood is expected to have a three-bedroom townhouses, four and five-bedroom villas and the newly introduced three-bedroom courtyard villas and will release 61 residential units of luxury four and five-bedroom villas, tailored to offer an integrated lifestyle for the entire family.

It is expected that when completed, Al Zahia will be home to more than 12,000 residents in 2,270 villas, townhouses and apartments. it will also have over 285 families upon completion in 2020.
