  • Identify potential customers and approach them with our offer
  • Ensure achievement of sales volumes and profitability targets of the General Trade Business including fuel card sales targets
  • Build customer loyalty by offering personalized value-added services to key clients to enhance the brand image of the company
  • Update visit reports and highlight any HSEQ issues after every
  • intervention/visit for proper follow up/monitoring of the client and report information to immediate supervisor/management
  • Proactively manage customer grievances and ensure their quick resolution to restore customer confidence within pre-agreed time frames
  • Analyze sales data by using appropriate tools (excel tables, bar charts and graphs) on a periodic basis and anticipate trends to assist in preparing business plans and forecasts
  • Ensure follow up on credit sales and late payment
  • Ensure adherence to internal procedures and relevant legislations

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Marketing/ Business Studies
  • Previous experience in sales and industrial engineering is highly desirable
  • Self-driven and & highly motivated as well as customer focused
  • Good organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Clean and valid private vehicle driving license
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability of being a good team player
  • Ability to work outside normal working hours when required
