Gambia’s President assured of Trans-Gambia Bridge completion during site tour of the project. Construction of the Trans-Gambia bridge is set to be complete after the contractor inform the President. The 1.8kilometer long bridge is over five storeys high. It is design to accomodate passage of most vessels, while longer-mast boats will also easily fold their masts to pass through the bridge.
