UPGRADE UNPLANNED SETTLEMENT

At least Rwf11.5 billion is going to be invested in upgrading four unplanned settlements in Kigali City. The money is part of the Rwf137.5 billion budget for Kigali City in the fiscal year 2022/23 which was presented and approved on June 30, 2022, by the city council.
