Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo have signed a Validation Act. This Validation Act is to review the Management Prescriptions for the development of Lake Kivu Methane gas resources.
The signing was performed by the State Minister in charge of Hydrocarbons in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Honorable Rubens Mikindo Muhima and Rwanda’s Minister for Environment Mujawamariya Jeanne.
