The horn of Africa – Ethiopia, continues to lead Africa as an investment destination for foreign capital. The country has a very stable government, and has implemented policies that is making it a desirable investment destination. While Ethiopia is the immediate focus, Helios is also looking for opportunities in nine other African countries including Morocco, Egypt and Madagascar.
