PRE DEVELOPMENT SET TO UNHELD PROMISE OF HADABA PROJECT DESPITE SEVERAL SETBACK IN EGYPT

PRE Development has began its initial stage to deliver the phase one of the HADABA project which is expected to be situated in 6th of October City, Invest-Gate according to reports.

However, despite constant economic pressure, the company has reaffirm its commitment to customer satisfaction and quality execution even with the limited project timelines.

Speaking during a briefing, Chairman of PRE Developments Hossam Zaki noted that the company is dedication to excellence in project execution. He also said that they are focus on customer needs and market value as PRE Developments aims to set new standards in urban development services.

The HADABA project will offer stunning views of the Giza Pyramids and the new Egyptian Museum. Spanning 33 feddans upon completion. Situated in a strategic location near the major road, it features various villa models overlooking lush green spaces and serene water features. Meanwhile, premium amenities such as swimming pools, a shopping center, and sports facilities enhance the living experience are one of so many hotspot been outlined in the project. 

Since its establishment in 2017, PRE Developments has created numerous residential projects, such as the Jebal El Sokhna project, The Brooks in New Cairo, and the IVOIRE WEST and IVOIRE EAST projects in Sheikh Zayed and the Fifth Settlement, respectively.
