Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) handed over the land to SR Nicholas Building Contracting Company for the construction of the Centre for Agricultural Transformation (CAT) facility at the Natural Resources College (NRC) campus in the capital Lilongwe.
