TANZANIA SET TO UPGRADE CRUDE OIL DISTRIBUTION ROAD
Tanzania Government set to upgrade road for easy crude oil transportation.
Tanzania Government is set to upgrade the Handeni – Singida road through Chemba to the tarmac level. Furthermore the road will join three regions of Tanga, Dodoma and Singida. This regions are used to transport crude oil to other nations in Africa.
Deputy minister for Works, Transport and Communications Elias Kwandikwa said ”The preparations for compensations has commence. He also said he has ask the resident in the area to stop settlement development in areas already mark.”
The upgrade is worth Sh1 Billion and will also help increase the distribution in the transportation sector. Meanwhile, it will also help the sector in terms of transporting the crude to different part of Africa. It will also form a strong relation with other nations in Africa.
The upgrade will soon kick-off after plans are finish by different individuals that are involve in the process.
