DUALIZATION OF ACCRA-KUMASI ROAD SET TO KICK-OFF
Accra-Kumasi road dualization set to kick-off at the end of the year.
Construction of Accra-Kumasi road is set to kick-off at the end of the year. The project was announce by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo during a tour.
The announcement comes during the 5-day tour of road infrastructure in the country. Meanwhile, the project will also help connect the both cities and reduce travel time for individuals.
Other projects include the Tamale interchange, the PTC interchange in Takoradi and the completion of the Sofoline project in Kumasi.
The President in his speech ask the people to co-operate with the Ministry of Roads and Highways and other relevant state institutions. He also said the people will get the compensation due to them for their damage property.
Construction of the project will kick-off at the end of the year when the site clearing process is over.
