Africa Tech Summit 2018 to hold at Kigali, Rwanda

Rwanda will play host to the Africa Tech Summit 2018 with the Ministry for ICT supporting the event. The vision is to bring together great companies across the continent, and furthermore connect the various investors and entrepreneur to different international ventures which focused on business and investment in Africa.

This event will connect over 250+ key stakeholders from across the continent. It will provide an unrivaled insight of  networking and business opportunities for African and international tech leaders and investors.

The event will drive growth in the continent by creating opportunities for young entrepreneurs to share their various ideas and increase technology coverage in Africa.

The last summit in London focused on three key areas namely collaboration with a mobile operator, startups and investment opportunities.

Tomi Davies from ABAN, Yinka Adegoke from Quartz Africa and Dr Edward George from Ecobank has graced Previous summits.

Speakers for this year’s summit are from Facebook, Andela, DMM.HeHe, Liquid Telecom, Yego, BRCK, Taxify, AHL Venture Partners, Draper Dark Flow, MTN, and Safaricom.

There will also be more speakers from Atlas Mara, BitPesa, babyl Rwanda, aKoma, kLab, iHub, Boomplay Music, what3words, and Kobo360.

This speakers will ensure that this event will be either fascinating as the last or even better.

The Event will hold from 14-15 February 2018 in Kigali, Rwanda.
