Stakeholders from the Building and Civil Engineering Contractors Association (BACECA), representing the construction industry, met the Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Development, Dr. Renganaden Padayachy, this afternoon in Port-Louis, within the framework of the ongoing pre-budget consultations.
