RWANDAIR OPENS NEW ROUTE TO GUANGZHOU, CHINA
RwandAir opens new route to Guangzhou with 234 passengers onboard its inaugural flight.
RwandAir has officially open its new route to China. The route which commence this morning will link kigali to Guangzhou, which is the third largest city in China. The inaugural flight will be for 15 hours to Guangzhou which is less than the original 24 hours.
Meanwhile, the opening also marks the Airline third Asian destination after Dubai and Mumbai. The flight had 234 passengers onboard the Airline that include State Minister for Transport Eng. Jean de Dieu Uwihanganye and RwandAir’s Chief executive Yvone Makolo.
According to the route report, it will make a stopovers in India’s commercial capital of Mumbai before making their way to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport in Guangdong province.
The new route will enable both nation do business as Guangzhou is a major source of merchandise for the African market. It will also help other sectors such as tourism, mining, hospitality and construction.
