Construction of New Ngong Market is making great progress from the latest report. The market which kick-off in march of 2019 will have five floors with potential to serve over 2000 traders in Ngong town.
The project is financed by World Bank through the Nairobi Metropolitan Services Improvement Programme (NAMSIP). Currently, traders are operating along the roadside next to Ngong bus terminus causing obstruction to moving vehicles.
The New Ngong Market will provide dignified, safe and secure trading spaces for our traders to do their businesses. This is a step in ensuring improved livelihoods for all traders.
