CYTONN INVESTMENT TO SPEND US $60M ON REAL ESTATE PROJECT IN KENYA
Cytonn investment set to fund real estate project in central Kenya.
Cytonn Investments Management Limited is a private equity investment company, based in Kenya is set to construct a US $60m real estate project in the central part of Kenya. The real estate project will make the company expand its operation in the country after an office was opened in Nyeri town to help in the development plans.
According to a statement by the company, “Cytonn Investments Management Plc opened an office to serve the Mt Kenya region and tap into the vast real estate investment opportunities the region offers and the office will seek to serve the growing demand in the region as part of the company’s regional expansion plan.”
Cytonn’s CEO Edwin Dande; ”The first phase of the firm’s growth had focused on Nairobi’s metropolitan, where it has real estate projects worth over US $801m”.
The company base their alternative investments solutions on four main products: real estate, structured solutions, private equity and advisory and the project is expected to start in the early period of the year.
