Job Description:

Your role will be to install, administer and maintain the network and security technical components,

Provide advice and support to customers

Participate in the design of technical architectures.

Your main missions will be:

· Participate in consulting and audit missions and design missions for complete architectures and solutions.

· Carry out the installation and configuration of hardware and software, in accordance with the service offerings, in compliance with the procedures, methods and good practices in force:

  • Define the technical prerequisites,
  • Prepare, deploy, configure and control according to the technical contexts and projects,
  • Define and implement the elements of supervision, monitoring and reporting,
  • Realize the implementation of the tools and procedures necessary for an industrialized administration of the platforms,
  • Guarantee the validity of the technical recipes.

· Carry out the administration and the maintenance in operational condition of the platforms in production:

  • Realize requests for change or service,
  • Contribute to solving problems,
  • Analyze and resolve incidents on its technical spectrum.

· Contribute to the stability and performance of the technical area in which it operates:

  • Check the correct operation with the other technical and functional bricks,
  • Propose optimization and tuning actions.
Profile:

Trainee +4 / 5 in computer and / or telecom, 5 years and more experience in network administration or telecom.

You master varied and complex environments (LAN-WAN), dynamic routing, load balancing, Firewall / VPN technologies (CHECKPOINT, FORTINET, CISCO ASA / PIX …). An advanced certification CISCO CCNP, CHECKPOINT CCSE … would be appreciated. You master some computer production tools (supervision, monitoring, debug).

You are comfortable writing procedures, technical recommendations, good practices.

Practice technical English reading / writing / speaking.

You are endowed with an excellent sense of service, a professional rigor, a team spirit and initiative, as well as a relational and editorial ease, you will be quickly in direct contact with our customers during projects
