Malawi Minister for Agriculture, Lobin Lowe has warned Plem Construction Limited over constant usage of substandard material during it construction process. During a tour round the construction site of the Linga Irrigation Dam in Nkhata Bay, Lowe said his ministry would frequently be visiting the site to ensure that the company complies with the agreed contract standards.
