RUHENGERI REFERRAL HOSPITAL

The government has secured a €75 million (over Rwf91 billion) loan from French Agency for Development (AFD) to modernise Ruhengeri Referral Hospital. The concessional loan agreement was signed on Monday, October 30 by Richard Tusabe, Minister of State for National Treasury, and Arthur Germond, AFD’s Director in Rwanda.
