WILL THE PROJECT SEE THE LIGHT OF THE DAY?

The country of Nigeria has overtime see its leaders make promised but could not fullfill it. So one will wonder if such funds will really go into the said development or be used for their own gain. These is a major factor as when the right people are not installed, such project cannot see the light of the day. Lets just hope this will not be the case.
