KENYA SGR SAGA: COURT DELIVERS VERDICT BETWEEN GOVT. & CHINESE FIRM
The Supreme Court has delivered a verdict affirming the legality and transparency of the Sh500 billion contract between Kenya and China for the construction of the Standard Gauge Railways (SGR).
