Enugu State have awarded new road construction and rehabilitation projects worth US$3.4m (₦1.2bn). The state commissioner for works and Infrastructure, Engr. Greg Nnaji, said Enugu State government has awarded US$3.4m worth of contracts for the construction and rehabilitation of roads. These roads are in both the rural and urban areas of the state. Construction of road project on track after inspection. The construction of the road project is a joined Public Private Partnership between Groupe Européen de Développement (GED) and Development Bank of Southern Africa.
