FEC approve construction of new facility of art building at Adamawa State University. Nigeria Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approve the construction of a new university building. The new building facility will be at Adamawa State University, Mubi town in the state. The approval was announced by Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu during the Federal Executive Council meeting.
