Senior Chief Mlolo has lashed out at contractor for delaying to complete the construction of a school building despite receiving over 90% of the construction fee. During a site visit by county officials to the Mcherenje Primary School, they were very disappointed with Tithandizane Building Contractors slow pace towards completing the project.
