Ghana urges Nigeria to reduce sulphur content in its fuel The institution responsible for petroleum regulation in Nigeria have been asked by its counterpart, the Ghana National Petroleum Authority (NPA) to take measures in reducing the sulphur content in its diesel fuel to about 50parts per million(ppm).
