Zimbabwe’s Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development Felix Mhona conducted a groundbreaking ceremony on 15 January for the reconstruction of a 43km section of the Shurugwi-Mhandamabwe road connecting the Midlands and Masvingo provinces.
